The First-Year Assessment Listserv (FYA-List) was established to aid in the dissemination of advice and information with regards to the assessment of first-year initiatives.  The FYA-List Invited Essay series is a valuable resource for those interested in learning about various tools, techniques, and challenges related to assessment.
